It’s easy for anyone to claim to ‘do better’ but here at The Breeze Hill we genuinely believe we do. We call it ABC, A Better Carvery!

There is little to match the appeal of a carvery offering a wonderful array of well presented food but a massive amount of forethought and planning goes into achieving the very best quality and to ensure top levels of food hygiene and safety.

From the onset of designing and creating our carvery stations we were determined to ensure that you have a great experience; enjoying top quality, freshly cooked food with high food hygiene standards.

Food hygiene & safety
Dispensing with the need for a bain-marie, we have designed our carvery stations with hidden heaters which effectively heat the entire area of the counter top, with additional heating provided by adjustable overhead heat lamps.

Additionally, we have developed and implemented quality control processes, including regular food temperature checks, high temperature ware washing and Ultra Violet sanitising of cutlery.

Food presentation, let’s get it right
We present food in lovely cast iron pots, which help with heat retention, look much nicer and, due to their smaller size, create a necessity for us to continually present fresh food. Taking advantage of this, we also continually replace utensils such as spoons and tongs, thus improving food hygiene ever further.

We hate frozen, so, with the exception of peas, we only purchase high quality fresh meats and vegetables (Welsh when possible) and always from local suppliers.

When enjoying our freshly prepared and cooked food you will notice the difference in taste and texture – nothing beats freshly prepared and cooked food.
