Benllech is a friendly village on the east coast of The Isle of Anglesey and, with a population of approximately 3000, the fourth largest village on the isle.

The village is a well-established and highly popular seaside resort and holiday destination and has been a regular winner of European Blue Flag award. The beach is renowned for its clean golden sand and the views to The Great Orme, situated near Llandudno, North Wales.

Benllech Beach is one of the most popular beaches on the island. It has fine golden sand and clean waters that are a delight for families to paddle and swim. At low tide the sand stretches for miles so there’s plenty of space for activities including swimming, building sandcastles, windsurfing, sailing and sea fishing.

Other popular beach activities include windsurfing, kayaking and rock pooling – there are plenty of rock pools providing opportunities to see crabs, starfish and small fish. The beach is also a popular destination for dog walkers and horse riders.

Passing through Benllech, The Anglesey and Wales coastal paths are a big attraction for many short-stay visitors who enjoy amazing walks with with amazing views.

Anglesey has something for everyone and, here in Benllech, The Breeze Hill is, simply, a great, award winning, ‘Proper Pub’ to visit and enjoy.
